Qinglang Wu was born in Changsha, China in 2001. She has been living in Canada for five years since 2021. She earned her undergraduate degree in Media, Information and Technoculture (MIT) at Western University, and continued her master’s there in Media in Journalism and Communication (MMJC).

Grew up in a city with a dense media atmosphere, Qinglang Wu has always wanted to do media related stuff. She published six articles in the English Newspaper Hangzhoufeel run by City Express, including three front-page articles in 2022. She continues to build her expertise in journalism, trying to find the direction in which she is best suited to report.

Qinglang Wu likes doing sports, like skateboard, badminton, dragon boat, and so on. She also likes listening to true-crime podcast, watching K-dramas, and playing instruments.
