Podcast: Shanghai Halloween 2023

This podcast takes a look at the Halloween costume party that took place in Shanghai, China at the end of last month, and talks about our thoughts on the event and how should we deal with the collective trauma of three years of the pandemic.

Chinese people have witnessed countless deaths over the past three years as a direct result of the pandemic and as an incidental part of the policy. Although the era of the pandemic is over, it has left a great deal of mental and emotional trauma on the masses. We are mentally anxious, depressed and financially stressed. People should know that these are the possible consequences of collective trauma and how we can deal with them to reduce concerns about future life.
